You’ll engage with consumers and associates in stores, and help drive sales by interacting with consumers, obtaining data, and helping to market the brand.

What you DO:

  • Manage a monthly calendar of music store visits for specific 4-hour visits during peak retail (TuesdaySaturday, or Sunday)
  • Merchandise and maintain Fender specific fixtures in store
  • Creatively problem solve with store teams on ideas to support product sell-through
  • Assist with cool store events (new product launches, swag giveaways, live band performances, etc.)
  • Use ThirdChannel technology on a smartphone to collect crucial data
  • Engage with consumers and provide sales support to retail associates
  • Receive access to Fender's internal resource platform, Fender Academy, and get compensated for completing Fender Academy modules
  • Help educate sales associates on Fender Academy, ensuring employees are knowledgeable

What you NEED:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in retail or working as a team trainer
  • Ability to demonstrate extraordinary communication and organizational skills
  •  Be comfortable working in a supportive feedback environment
  • A smartphone or tablet to use during store visits
  • Passion for the Fender brand
  • Ability to carry and transport equipment for shifts up to 30lbs.
  • Musician skills are an added bonus
